Important Information

O.U.R. Place Community Members

The Family Enrichment Center/O.U.R. Place is monitoring the evolving COVID-19 public health situation. The FEC  hours and days of operation at the center continue to be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.. We provide access to daily support at the center, computers, photocopies, phone, WIFI access, resources, information a grab and go coffee. This ensures the safety of our community members, staff and FEC space:

  • We continue to implement best practices around cleanliness and hygiene, including more frequent sanitization of spaces. FEC/O.U.R. Place high touch areas (door handles, light switches, telephones, etc.) are being cleaned multiple times daily.
  • We ask our staff and community members to stay home if you, a family member or someone in your home environment have any symptoms of illness, however mild.
  • We ask that everyone wash their hands upon arrival, before meals, after restroom use and again when leaving the FEC.
  • We are limiting groups at the center to only having Graham Windham staff. Graham Windham will reevaluate small assembly at the FEC. We will review the amount of people that can be in the center safely and with enough social distancing as phases in New York City change.

With the information we have today, the FEC/O.U.R. Place will remain closed on Saturdays. If the CDC guidance changes, further updates will be communicated via text or email. We remain committed to our partnerships and community and look forward to continuing to do so while also maintaining health and safety as our highest priorities. Thank you for understanding and your help in our efforts.

Thank you
FEC / O.U.R. Place Team
